This year's spring retreat will take place at the Bautahøj Kursuscenter in Jægerspris.

The program for the retreat will start on Thursday the 15th at 10:00, and will end on Friday the 16th iat 14:00. 

Getting to the hotel by public transportantion takes slightly more than 1 1/2 hours. For those of you who plan use public transportation to get to the Bautahøj Kursuscenter, we will be at Copenhagens central station (Hovedbanegård) at 07:30 and will clip a ticket for everyone who shows up on time. This ticket will get you all the way to the Bautahøj Kursuscenter. More details about where to meet us will be announced at a later time.
The same principle will count for the home journey, but details on exactly what time we will travel back are unknown as of yet.

!Note: bookings are made with the assumption that all will be sleeping at the hotel between the 15th and 16th of April. Please write us an email if:

• You do not plan to sleep at the hotel between the 15th and the 16th
• You are vegetarian or vegan
• You have special dietary requirements (allergies etc.)

The deadline for registering, and for emailing us (dutchgirl@itu.dk) about the issues mentioned above is Wednesday the 7th of April, 12:00.

!!Note: There are a limited number of single rooms available at the Bautahøj Kursuscenter. We allocate rooms according to a 'first come, first served' principle, so if there are more registrants than there are single rooms, we will have to start allocating two people per room.
